Could Daily Motivational Messages Omkara Sends Me Make a Difference
Could daily motivational messages sent to your make a difference? Well the founder of Namaste Message a Day (or 'Omkara' which is a sacred Hindu symbol) Adam "AgniDeva" Helfer believes so.
His website's purpose is to "promote optimal health, balance, and purification of mind, body and spirit" in your life.
"How does it work?" When you sign up for their program (which costs around $2.00/week) they send you daily motivational messages straight to your phone or email (or both!)
The question is - if you sign up for their program (which I have done) will their services make a difference in your life in 90 days? Let's take a look!
The Good
At first glance the website looks professional. There's an 'About Us' section, a FAQ (always handy) and the pictures are quick to tell us what its' target audience is like (doesn't mean that you have to be a yoga fan to benefit from this!)
There's also a benefits section that looks promising! They tell you what you can expect and who its' target audience is.
Now can you expect a change in how you think if you sign up?
From my experience - Yes! In fact you begin to start feeling better right from the get-go and here's why:
Imagine waking up in the morning feeling all sleepy and someone hands you a refreshing cup of orange juice!
Well, that's how getting their daily motivational messages feels like. You feel refreshed and grateful for it. In fact you might even find yourself learning something new too!
The Bad
Let's face it: You're paying people to send you texts that you can find for free on the internet. Why not just do it yourself and keep the change?
Not only that but when I got the messages in my inbox I wasn't too impressed with the presentation. It looked like someone just copied and pasted it from some free website and then sent it to me!
Then again when you're only paying 2 bucks a week you can't really expect top quality presentations. Thankfully they do have a money-back guarantee that is 100% backed and you still get to try it for a month or so.
The Ugly
Let's talk about you now. Reading their messages is a habit you'll have to pick up if you want to get your money's worth.
Would you read it the same way you would read an interesting text? Or would you throw it in the spam box?
The same goes for your phone messages. Will you read the daily motivational messages? Or will you skip them the same way you'd skip the gym (even though you've already paid for the membership?)
The Verdict
Namaste-Message-A-Day is a very helpful tool. For those of us who are always hustling but have no direct results to show for it sure appreciate a word of encouragement from time to time.
If you're doing your first 90 day plan I believe that their service will help you stay on track and maintain balance in your life well before 90 days.
On the other hand if you'd rather just find the messages yourself rather than pay the $2 then that's fine too.
Then again you could always try it out and if you don't like it you can request a refund (which they give back instantly.)
