Effective Time Management

This one is interesting because the quote focuses on the Grandfather but really, the life we need to make sure we're not living is that of the passengers!
Where are you going? Who's leading you? If you were about to die there and then, would you feel fulfilled with your life?
Will you be able to tell yourself that "Yes, I did my best with what I had and if today I must die, then so be it?"
If you're not able to say that, why not? Start making the changes to live life with more choice!Hard Work

This one is perhaps my favorite of these funny inspirational quotes on life. I like it because it's so true for me. Many of the things I've accomplished was because the people around me said I couldn't do it.
Sometimes, one of the sentences I play in my head when I'm exercising is "I'll show 'em!" Have you ever done that?

The reason why I picked Homer for his funny inspirational quote is because we all love him! ;-)
If you were to look at his results in life (despite the show being a cartoon) you would see that he's not living up to his potential.
This is a pity both to him and the people he cares about, and who genuinely care about him.
Another aspect is that if you're ever going to give advice on something (myself included) be sure to be following it yourself! Practice what you preach!
We learn from behavior and Bart watching his dad play the lottery, tells him that what Homer says and what he does is in-congruent. Bart will just follow what his dad does: All talk and no action.

Speaking of results, you always want to look at those of the people you trust and learn from.
Look at your teachers, parents, (me too) with the notion that the validity of what I say comes from my results and what I do.
Do the people you learn from practice what they preach? Or are they fake? Learn to find the mentors who walk their talk and you will be milestones ahead of most people.
The Process of Life

When it comes to the process of living life, people love to skip the hard parts and enjoy the fun parts. That's human nature.
The problem is that skipping the 'process' actually hurts us more than it helps us - no matter what your favorite sitcom tells you (30 minutes to go from problem to solution!

I like this funny inspirational quote. It shows us that we either "get busy living, or get busy dying". We believe that time is static because of our experience with it.
It isn't true. Time is slipping by as you're reading this.
Fortunately, you're making an investment in yourself and your future by being here and reading some of the best inspirational quotes(thank you!)
Be sure to thank yourself too! ;-)
