Attention! Goal Setting Lesson Plan For Your 90 Day Transformation!
When it comes to making your first 90-day goal setting lesson plan you want to have a goal setting template that asks the tough questions.
Your goal setting worksheet should include these questions:
- Your goal
- Your action plan
- Your challenges
Let's go over the questions one-by-one and why they are useful in your goal setting worksheet.
Goal Setting Lesson Plan Part 1 - Your Goal
When it comes to making your own goal setting worksheet you want to know what you want and why it's important for you to have it.
Question #1 - What do you want to accomplish in 90 days?
Write down what you want to achieve in the next 90 days. I recommend using the practical smart goal system.
Question #2 - Why is that goal so important?
The goal itself isn't what's important (especially for any 90 day transformation.) What's important is how badly you want that goal and then taking action by writing it down on your goal setting template! It's all about turning 'desire' into 'conscious action'.

Question #3 What's your step-by-step plan to accomplish it?
After you've answered the 'why' you want to take care of the 'how'. What can you do to accomplish your goal one daily step at a time?
You can make your own 90-day step-by-step plan or you can find one. Ultimately you know what will work for you better than anyone as you make your goal setting lesson plan.
Question #4 WHAT IF you started today?
This is a check to make sure your desire is strong enough. Before you continue with your goal setting worksheet make sure that you want you 90-day goal badly enough that you're willing to do something today!
Question #5 What can you DO NOW that will guarantee success?
Hard time finding a 'daily' step? What is something you can do today that will move you towards your goal?
Sure you might feel uncomfortable but again your 'why' must be more powerful than that discomfort. Once you have something in mind, stop reading this and just do it! You'll feel good!
Don't worry I'll wait! ;-)
Goal Setting Lesson Plan Part 3 - Your Challenges
Question #6 What are roadblocks that are in the way?
Welcome back! ;-) So you feel good but now we need to look at something important:
Is what you want in line with morals and values? Answer this question honestly - if you don't you will self-sabotage and your progress will go down the drain.
If you feel like your goal goes against what you believe then I recommend having another goal that is in line with your morals. On the other hand, if your goal is congruent with your values then continue with your goal setting worksheet! ;-)
Question # 7 - What obstacles are in the way?
This is where you write down the challenges that have nothing to do with your morals. For example you can write down that you 'don't have enough money or time' to reach your goals.
Or that you're too busy to do more than fill out this goal setting worksheet. Whatever it is or whatever you think is holding you back, please write it down here.
Question #8 - What strategies can move you past the obstacles? This is the 'thinking' part of your goal setting worksheet. Ultimately, solutions come after problems and not before. That being said, what are the ways around these obstacles? Don't have enough time? What can you cut out of your life to 'make time?'
Don't have enough money? How can you either make more money or cut back to have enough spending income? Remember, it's about having a desire strong enough to make you want to reach your 90 day goal.
Summary
So there you have it - Reach your first genuine goal in the next 12 weeks by using this goal setting template and you'll start living with more joy and inner peace.
