You see, men aren't known for sharing their emotional problems with others. That's why it's harder to know if we are depressed or not.
You need to get good at noticing what you're doing and ask yourself "Is this what I usually do?"

#2 Spending Time With T.V. and Video Games
There is nothing wrong with spending some time on the tube or playing video games. The problem is when it's the only thing that a man does!
If you're always watching T.V. or playing games, you might be depressed about something and it's time to get you out of your funk and back into feeling good about life again (Life's waiting for you! ;-) )
#3 Not Talking at all
Okay, so men don't talk much about their feelings. It's more worrisome if those same men don't talk much at all!
This is one of the biggest signs of depression men have. You see, the worst thing you can do if you're feeling down and out, is keeping your feelings in and not talking to anyone!
Find someone you can trust and talk to, and then talk to them!

This is one of the most definitive signs of depression in men. As a human being, I can say that when it comes to how to deal with depression, enjoyable sexual activity takes the stress off big time!
If you're not even enjoying sex, or a man you know isn't enjoying his sex life like he used to he's certainly experiencing depression!
#5 Not Eating Their Favorite Food!
Usually, all men have a fail-safe for how to deal with depression.
The answer: food! It can be a specific food like an ice cream or a burger
In my case, it's pancakes! :)
I don't know about you, but if I'm so down and out that I'm not enjoying pancakes then I know that I'm experiencing signs symptoms of depression.
